What you pay
Nelvi Premium is $39.99 USD per year. The price includes applicable taxes where required. Your local currency equivalent will be shown at checkout.
When you're charged
You are charged immediately when you start your subscription. The subscription then renews automatically every 12 months on the same date, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price (unless we notify you of a change in advance). You will receive an email receipt on each renewal.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@nelvi.app from the email address used at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for new subscribers in the EU and UK, as well as a discretionary refund window for other customers. See our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.
Payment methods
Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as the Merchant of Record, or by Appshero Ltd directly where applicable. Accepted methods typically include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The exact list is shown at checkout.
App Store purchases
If you subscribe through the iOS app, Apple handles payment, renewal, and refund policies through your App Store account. Those App Store terms apply instead of the terms on this page.
Not a medical device
Your Nelvi Premium subscription gives you access to tracking and journaling features. Nelvi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified clinician about your GLP-1 therapy.
Pricing questions
Can I try Nelvi before subscribing?
Yes — you can install the app from the App Store and explore the core features for free. A free trial is also available through the App Store subscription. Web subscriptions purchased on this site do not include a free trial.
Is my subscription tied to my device or my email?
Your Nelvi Premium subscription is tied to your email account. Sign in with the same email in the Nelvi app to unlock Premium on any supported device.
Will the price change?
We may update prices for future billing periods. If your renewal price changes, we will notify you by email in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
How do I get an invoice / VAT receipt?
A receipt is emailed automatically after each payment. If you need an invoice with specific business details (company name, VAT number, address), email hello@nelvi.app and we'll issue one.
What if I'm unhappy with Nelvi?
Email hello@nelvi.app. We'll do our best to help, and where applicable we'll process a refund according to our Refund Policy.
