Frequently asked questions
How do I log my first injection?
Open Nelvi, tap the + button on the main screen, choose your medication (e.g. Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic), set the date, time, dose, and injection site, then save. That's your first shot logged.
How do I turn on reminders?
Go to Settings → Reminders in the app. You can set a weekly dose reminder, peak-medication notifications, and injection site rotation alerts.
How do I connect Apple Health?
In the app, go to Settings → Apple Health and grant the permissions Nelvi requests. You can import weight and nutrition data automatically and stop sharing at any time from the iOS Health app.
How do I export a PDF report?
Open the History section, tap the share icon, and choose Export PDF. You can send the file to your clinician by email or save it to Files.
How do I manage my subscription?
App Store: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I delete my account and data?
Delete the Nelvi app from your device, or email hello@nelvi.app from your account email and we will remove your data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
I need a receipt or invoice.
A receipt is emailed automatically after each web payment. For an invoice with business details (company name, VAT number, address), email hello@nelvi.app.
Is Nelvi a medical device?
No. Nelvi is a personal tracker. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your GLP-1 therapy.
