This notice describes how information is handled in the Nelvi iOS app.
Nelvi is designed to support people using GLP‑1 medications by helping them organize injection records and related wellness notes. Because the app can involve sensitive information, we also provide a separate Health Data Privacy Policy with additional detail.
You can use the app without creating an account.
You may create an account using Apple Sign In or email registration. Authentication data and login credentials are stored in Firebase Database and are used only to provide account access and identification.

Optional items (health tracking and Apple Health access) depend on your choices and permissions. You can withdraw consent for optional features at any time.
Nelvi stores data in Firebase Database. Your data is kept in a private database and access is controlled through your account authentication. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Retention (iOS): your Nelvi data is retained until you delete the app.

Data may be stored or processed in the United States. Where required (including under GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Nelvi is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your location). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this notice from time to time. If we do, we will publish the latest version and adjust the effective date above.
