Nelvi Privacy Policy

This notice describes how Appshero Ltd (company number 16827336), registered at Suite 3, 567 Fulham Road, London, England, SW6 1ES, handles information in the Nelvi iOS app and on nelvi.app.

Nelvi is designed to support people using GLP-1 medications by helping them organize injection records and related wellness notes. Because the app can involve sensitive information, we handle it with extra care.
How Nelvi works on iOS
Guest mode
You can use the app without creating an account.
Account mode (optional)
You may create an account using Apple Sign In or email registration. Authentication data and login credentials are stored in Firebase and are used only to provide account access and identification.

Optional items (health tracking and Apple Health access) depend on your choices and permissions. You can withdraw consent for optional features at any time.
Storage, protection, and retention
Where data is stored
Nelvi stores data in Firebase. Your data is kept in a private database and access is controlled through your account authentication. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long data is kept
Retention: your Nelvi data is retained until you delete the app or request deletion. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
Your rights and controls
Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
- request access to your data,
- export your data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- request deletion,
- restrict or object to certain processing,
- withdraw consent for optional features.

Deleting your data
iOS: delete the app, or email hello@nelvi.app and we will remove your account data within 30 days (subject to any retention required by law for billing records).

Nelvi is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your location). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
